By completing the Gift Aid form, you ensure that every donation you make will be worth even more to Suffolk School for Parents, as for every £1 you give (as a basic taxpayer), the government will add 28p from your taxes.

Please print and complete the Gift Aid Form, and return it to Suffolk School for Parents, and visit the Adobe website if you need the free Adobe Reader software to open the form.

  • You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that Suffolk School for Parents reclaims on your donations in the tax year.

  • If in the future, your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income or capital gains tax equal to the tax that Suffolk School for Parents reclaims, you can cancel your declaration.
